OUTFIT INSPIRATION: NEWBORN

For newborn shoots, I advise light and airy - these are all about the baby and not about super stylish outfits. Mom in a loose, flowing top or dress, ideally in white, ivory, cream or blush. I also look for items that have embroidery or lace to add interest and texture to close-up shots. Dad can wear a button-up collared shirt in any neutral color, but also ideally light - light blue, light gray, white or ivory, lavender, blush, etc. but as you can see in one below, denim can work too.
